If you’re leading the Paleo life, on Whole30 or making a worthy attempt at either, you’re probably on the hunt for delicious, simple recipes. One of the problems with the making everything from scratch thing that a lot of clean eating and whole30-ing requires is that it’s easy to get bogged down in fanciness and complicated recipes.
Fact: we have very little time for fanciness here.
That’s why I like to cling to the simple things. The recipes I turn to time and time again are things that can be made ahead of time, can stand reheating or cook quickly. They are things that earn the distinction of “favorite” because they are just flat out good.
Another challenge of this lifestyle is food fatigue. At some point you get so wrapped up in how complicated it all is, that you just can’t see straight. You want to scream “someone just tell me what to eat!” because you never, ever want to menu plan again.
This is for you. If you’re in the market for a simple, Whole30 approved, Paleo breakfast feast, you’ve come to the right place.
